The only personal information collected through this website is the email address you voluntarily submit through our newsletter signup form. We use your email address to send you occasional updates about KinshipOS: new content, product milestones, and early access opportunities. We never sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who Processes Your Data

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit), a US-based email service provider, to manage our newsletter list and send emails on our behalf. Kit acts as our data processor for this purpose. You can review Kit's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data.

Data Retention

We keep your email address for as long as you remain subscribed, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your Rights

Regardless of where you're located, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time, and you can withdraw your consent to receive emails whenever you like. If you're in the EU or UK, these rights are guaranteed under the GDPR; if you're a California resident, similar rights are guaranteed under the CCPA.

How to Unsubscribe or Delete Your Data

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. If you'd like your data fully deleted rather than just unsubscribed, email us at contact@kinshipos.com and we'll take care of it.

Children's Privacy

This site is intended for parents and adult caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
